The stacker 001 is a great pallet stacker to work with. As the starter model in the range the Palomat 001 has many features you will require to do a great job. As with the other machines an operative can easily use a stacking truck or even fork lift truck to add or remove pallets. As everything is done at floor level there is no stretching or lifting heavy pallets about. Photo sensors are used to detect when pallets are in place after which they will automatically be stacked or de-stacked one by one.
The point to note about this machine is that unlike its more advanced brothers changing between the two functions of stacking or de-stacking is not possible. This means that it needs to be used in an environment where there is a need for either permanent stacking or permanent de-stacking. If swapping between these two options is vital check out one of the other pallet stackers.
When it comes to de-stacking you need to know that a maximum stack of between 15 and 25 pallets can be placed in the PALOMAT 001. Once this limit has been reached your pallets will automatically de-stack one by one as required.
Stacking, just like de-stacking has a maximum stack of between 15 and 25 pallets that can be placed in the pallet stacker. Once this limit has been reached the whole stack can be safely removed.
