The stacker 5 is a mighty impressive pallet stacker. An operative can add or removes 1-5 pallets easily. As with all of these machines everything is done at floor level so no need for dangerous stretching and twisting. At this level it is easy to use a stacking or fork lift truck. The thing to note is you need to activate the PALOMAT 5 manually each time you want it to carry out an operation. So by pressing the reset button the PALOMAT will complete its stacking or de-stacking with the least amount of inconvenience.
Able to detect which operation (stacking or de-stacking) it needs to carry out makes the PALOMAT 5 particularly useful. Like some of the other pallet stackers it handles a maximum of between 15 to 25 pallets.
So let’s say you would like to de-stack 3 pallets from the machine. The operative simply needs to choose this by selecting ‘3’; on the adjustment knob and then press the reset button. The other thing to note is that during the stacking process, the PALOMAT 5 can constantly be ready to receive 1-5 pallets.
