Does not require compressed air, just a single phase electrical supply
Using a forklift or a truck for stacking pallets the operative can add or remove pallets easily into the pallet stacker. As everything is at a low floor level any handling does not require stretching. Using photo-sensors to detect the pallets the Greenline pallet stacker can then stack or unstack all the pallets automatically one by one.
There is a limit of 15 pallets that can be added to the pallet stacker if de-stacking has been selected. Then the pallets can be de-stacked one by one. This limit of 15 is also important when stacking is selected. When stacking each pallet is added one by one up to a maximum of 15. After which it is possible to remove the entire stack.
o change from stacking to de-stacking the PALOMAT Greenline needs to be operated by hand. A touch panel is provided to make this change between the two modes. As well as this it is important to note that the Greenline pallet stacker operates automatically.
